Wonderful apartment ideally located in the center of Grenoble, minutes walk from the tramway which is served by Ligne A & C. The flat is situated on the second floor, with lift and a private balcony. Fully refurbished the apartment consists of five bedrooms, one large bathroom, one separated WC, a fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances. Two of the large open plan bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which grant access to a private balcony. Other benefits include heating, wood flooring, and neutral elegant decorations throughout. A secured parking area is available.

A tidy and equipped 13m² bedroom is waiting for you in Grenoble. Rented fully furnished, you will find all the comfort you are waiting for : a comfortable double bed (140x190), a workspace furnished with a desk, a chair and a lamp, and numerous storages that will make you feel at home.The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a bath, and a washing machine/dryer. The 2 individual toilets are separated to allow the colivers to keep their privacy. A fine and classic decoration thought to allow our tenants to be able to bring their own style to the room. To ensure tenants' comfort, all the household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner) that you will need are located in the hall of your flat. The room, which has a balcony, is ideally located in a beautiful apartment, secured with connected locks, in the heart of a quiet residence, close to shops and restaurants. You have a car? Parking spaces are available for rent in the residence. In coliving, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAF’s required conditions.
