You'll love the common areas available here. You'll have your own ensuite bathroom, but all the other areas are shared. These include a generous kitchen, a games room with pool table, and a spacious living area. Sharing is caring after all.
We think this property is ideal for students who are new to Dublin and want to be with lots of other people all in the same boat. You'll make friends in a second living in this comfy residence with lots of common areas to hang out.

It is perfect for those who want to live with other students and share the highs and lows of student life. You'll always have people to hang out with living here.

Rent for this property is not payable monthly, but in two installments:The first installment must be paid prior to the move-in date, and the second installment is due on or before the mid of the tenancy.
There are 3 dates available for the second semester:
- ‘01/01/2023 to 31/05/2023’
- ‘05/01/2023 to 31/05/2023’
- ‘12/01/2023 to 31/05/2023’
- Payment method: bank transfer; credit card
- Additional documentation:
- Proof of identity (photo ID, eg; driver's licence, passport)
- Proof of solvency (eg; work contract, bank statement, proof of student loan status, proof of any other source of income)
- Deposit payment is required in advance of the move-in date
- Your landlord speaks: English, Italian
- Your landlord does not live on the property
- Overnight guests allowed once a week and Management need to be informed in advance
- Check-in/ Check-out hours: from 16:00/ by 12:00
- 1 set of bed linen included
- Weekly room cleaning available for €30/week
