Two separate bedroom apartment in Riga centre on the third floor. Economy option.
Cable internet + WI-FI.
Beds are in the both rooms. Blankets and pillows are free. Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee - seven euros per set, which is changed every ten days. Two desks.
Kitchen is full equipped and combined with shower. Toilet is private, but in vestibule of apartment.
There are a shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
The furniture in the apartment can be changed by agreement with the tenant.
Non-smoking. Parties are not allowed.
Using of open fire to light candles or incense sticks, etc. and strongly smelling substances is strictly prohibited.
Outsiders are not allowed. Guests are not permitted to invite any visitor to stay in the night, who is not paid as a guest.
Tenant pays for heating to landlord separately.
