What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

One and a half room apartment (thirty three sq.m.), which is located in the centre of Riga. Shower and toilet inside. Separate kitchen. The price is for one person. The two persons are available for extra payment. Cable internet with Wi-Fi is available. House rules. -Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard (in the apartment or in the building is prohibited). - Using of open fire to light candles or incense sticks, etc. and strongly smelling substances is strictly prohibited. -The guest may not invite outsiders to stay for the night, for whose stay they have not paid in advance. - Fine for violation p.p. is hundred EUR .

1.5 room apartment (33 m2). Clean and recently renovated. Quiet. Non-smoking. This apartment is situated 25 min by walk or 7 min by transport to Old Riga (Vecriga). A lot of bars, cafes and stores are located very close.

There is an extra payment for second or third guest. The extra payment for second or third guest is EUR 6 per night for person for month or longer rent. For short rent the extra payment for second guest is EUR 10 per night for person. For short staying may be charged a little extra money for late check-in (after 20-00) or early check-out (up to 8-00). If you are interested, please contact us. I'm looking forward to serve you.

Parking is available for some money in my backyard. A lot of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes are located within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Bruninieku street is in the center, but did not backbone. There is quiet enough day and night. Entrance and windows overlook the patio.

What we liked the most

Furniture includes single bed, wardrobe, computer desk and chairs. Cable internet (up to 70 MB / c) with Wi-Fi is available. It can be provided by a stationary computer for extra payment. Second room is kitchen-studio includes stoves, a kettle, a microwave (or oven - your choice), fridge, crockery. The additional sofa in the kitchen is available. The children's chair is available. The bathroom is separated from a toilet. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, towel rail and a hair dryer. Dryer for your clothes is also available. Iron and ironing board are complimentary.

Parking is available in the backyard for extra payment. Courtyard is well maintained (see photo) and illuminated all night. There is a very good cobbler. There is a security lock at the entrance door, which is locked at night. This apartment is situated 25 min by walk or 7 min by transport to Old Riga (Vecriga). Its only 2 trolleybus stops away or 20 min walking distance from the Central Railway station and the Central Bus station. It takes only 40 minutes by bus from Riga International Airport. Commuting through public transport is very convenient and inexpensive. A lot of bars, restaurants and cafes are located within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. I can help you to orient in Riga and Latvia.

Things to keep in mind

I 'm offering a 1.5 room apartment (33 m2), which is located in the centre of Riga. It is on 1st floor and there is no elevator in the building. The apartment is very clean and recently renovated. Neighbours are very quiet. It is an ideal place for leisure and business.

    • The guest in  the apartment must behave quietly and respect the peace of the neighbours living in the house.
    • Noisy parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in our apartment or building.
    • A fine of 100 euros will be charged for smoking in a building or apartment for  one case. If the guest continues to smoke, we will terminate the contract without refunding the booking fee.
    • Guests may smoke only in the yard, where it does not disturb anyone.
    • A guest cannot bring people for the night who have not paid for their stay and are not my guests.
    • Before booking the guest must inform us that he accepts these Rules.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
