Hotel type room-studio without shower. Shower is in the very close Gym. First floor. Fast WI-FI. The price is for one person.
There are a bunk bed (or single bed), wardrobe, washing machine, fridge, microwave, induction stove and kitchenette inside the room.
Blankets and pillows are free. Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee - seven euros per set, which is changed every ten days.
Iron and ironing board, hairdryer are complimentary.
The furniture in the apartment can be changed by agreement with the tenant.
WC is in the corridor and shared, It uses by five office's workers in the working hours and one in the night.

- Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard (is prohibited inside the apartment and in the building ).

- The guest in the apartment must behave quietly and respect the peace of the neighbours living in the house.
- Noisy parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in our apartment or building.
- A fine of 100 euros will be charged for smoking in a building or apartment for one case. If the guest continues to smoke, we will terminate the contract without refunding the booking fee.
- Guests may smoke only in the yard, where it does not disturb anyone.
- A guest cannot bring people for the night who have not paid for their stay and are not my guests.
