What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Mini-apartment. First floor. Cable fast internet with WI-FI. Price is for one person.
There are two rooms: bedroom and kitchen combined with shower. There are a bed wardrobe, washing machine, fridge, microwave, induction stove, kettle and crockery. Blankets and pillows are free. Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee - seven euros per set, which is changed every ten days.
Iron and ironing board, hairdryer are complimentary.
The furniture in the apartment can be changed by agreement with the tenant.
WC is in the corridor and shared, It uses by five office's workers in the working hours and else two in the night.

- Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard (is prohibited inside the apartment and in the building ).
- Using of open fire to light candles or incense sticks, etc. is strictly prohibited.
- The guest cannot invite outsiders to stay overnight.

1 room apartment (10+6 m2). Clean and recently renovated. Quiet. Non-smoking. This apartment is situated 25 min by walk or 7 min by transport to Old Riga. A lot of bars, cafes and stores are located very close. Special deals for students and interns.
What we liked the most
- The bed can also be a sofa, perfect for when you have guests around.
- The apartment is well-lit with plenty of natural light coming through the windows.
- There is a washing machine available so you can get your laundry done at home.
- You will have a grocery store just at the end of your street 3-minutes away.
- There are plenty of bus stops nearby so you wont find it hard to make your way around the city.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven.
- There is no TV.
- This studio shares a bathroom with 2 other studios on the same floor.
