Cable internet with Wi-Fi.
Big kitchen: two induction stoves, microwave, two fridges, dishwasher, kettles, crockery and a toaster.
Furniture: single beds, tables, wardrobes, computer desks and chairs.
Blankets and pillows are free. Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee - seven euros per set, which is changed every ten days.
The furniture in the apartment can be changed by agreement with the tenant.
The shower combined with a WC, washing machine and hair-dryer. There is an additional WC.
Clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer are complimentary.

Non-smoking. Parties are not allowed.
Using of open fire to light candles or incense sticks, etc. and strongly smelling substances is strictly prohibited.
Outsiders are not allowed. Guests are not permitted to invite any visitor to stay in the night, who is not paid as a guest.

Public transport is convenient. A lot of bars, restaurants and luncheonettes are located within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment.
