**The nostalgic nest**
_Because I love charming furniture_
**Will I like it here?**
We think so. A homey feel. A cute balcony. Yes, some of the furniture is a little old-fashioned, but the appliances are modern.
**Really? Tell me more...**
You get large, glass doors leading onto the balcony from the living room. If you ask nicely you may even be able to use the fitness stepper al fresco.
We think this place would suit a single person, perhaps studying at the nearby Ciudad de Los Ángeles college, or a professional who doesn’t mind being away from the centre.
**Your top 3 reasons to live here:**
- We love that there’s a private balcony to grab some fresh air.
- There’s nostalgic charm and paintings in the spacious living room.
- The single bedroom has enough space for five people’s clothes. The wardrobe’s _that_ large.
**But you need to know this...**
- The apartment’s a bit out of Madrid’s centre. However, you can hop on a Metro and arrive at Atocha in around 30 minutes.
**Our Homechecker, NAME, said:**
_“I love this property. There is a big, friendly dog in the house. Although the apartment seems a little old-hat, the oven’s really modern.”_
**Give it to me straight...**
This is a charming 3-bedroom apartment on Anoeta street, Madrid. There’s a lot of storage, and the living areas are spacious. You’re out of central Madrid here, but it’s easy to ride in.
