Two separate bedrooms. Second floor. Fast cable internet with WIFI. Real beds and furniture. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Fully equipped kitchen, shower and additional toilet.
Non-smoking. Parties are not allowed.
Guests are not permitted to invite any visitor to stay in the night, who is not paid as a guest.
Using of open fire to light candles or incense sticks and strongly smelling substances is prohibited. Tenant pays for heating to landlord separately.
