What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Apartment with two separate bedrooms. Second floor without elevator in the center of Riga. Fast cable internet with WI-FI. Real beds and furniture. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Fully equipped kitchen, shower and additional toilet. Lots of grocery stores, bars, restaurants and two gyms. located at a distance of one hundred to eight hundred meters from the apartment. House rules. Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard (not in the apartment and building). Guests are not allowed to bring visitors to stay who is not paid as a guest. Parties are not allowed.
This apartment is situated 25 Min by walk or 7 Min by transport to Old Riga (Vecriga). It is only 2 trolleybus stops away or 20 Min walking distance from the central railway station and the bus station. It takes only 40-50 minutes by bus from Riga International Airport. Public transport is convenient and inexpensive.
A lot of bars, restaurants, luncheonettes and food shops, and Gym hall are located within 5-8 minutes walking distance of the apartment.

Guest can enter and leave the apartment at any time and contact me at any time and for any request.
Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard (not in the apartment and house).
Outsiders are not allowed - Guests are not permitted to invite any visitor to stay in the night, who is not paid as a guest.

Avoti is a lively central spot, right in the heart of Riga. You’ll have tons of options when it comes to shops, restaurants, and cool cafes, and public trasnport is close by to get you anywhere in the city in just a matter of minutes.
