A brightly coloured and inviting 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Avoti. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, washing machine, and table for casual eating. The apartment’s shower is also located in the kitchen. Bedroom one has three single beds, a standalone wardrobe and an extendable table for dining or working on. It also has a nice view over Riga’s rooftops. Bedroom two has two single beds, a standalone wardrobe, and window that lets in lots of light.
Aavoti is a lively central spot, right in the heart of Riga. You’ll have tons of options when it comes to shops, restaurants, and cool cafes. Public transport is close by to get you anywhere in the city in just a matter of minutes.
I'm offering a 2 rooms apartment, 40 square meters, which is located in the Historical centre of Riga. It is on 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building. There are 2 adjoining rooms, kitchen room and WC. Up to 6 beds . The apartment is quiet and recently was repaired. Suitable for work and leisure. Rent is not less than three days. The kitchen equipment are including kitchen furniture, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave. Coffee machine and cookware electrical toaster are available.
Beds are in the both rooms. First room: up to five beds, wardrobe, table, chairs. There is a double sofa or two single beds in the second room. Clean bed linen and towels are included, its being changed once a week.. Internet (Wi-Fi, speed on the cable up to 80 MB /c). Computer folding table is available. As well as children's table and chairs. There are a shower, washing machine and a hair dryer in the kitchen. Iron and ironing board are complimentary. Manicured yard light is lit all night. There are very good shoemaker in the yard and also computer repairing company, where in working time can make copies and print what you need.
