Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma is a private not-for-profit university founded in 1991 to combine biomedical research, education and patient care under one roof. The campus opened in 2008 in Trigoria, on land partly donated by the actor Alberto Sordi at the edge of the Decima-Malafede regional park, and now houses the Trapezio educational centre, the University Hospital, the PRABB advanced research centre and the CESA Centre for the Health of the Elderly. Around 2,500 students follow sixteen degree programmes in medicine, nursing, biomedical engineering, health professions, pharmacy and food science.

Start three to four months before the term. The MD course intake opens in early September after the entry exam in late August, and demand on the south side of Rome rises in parallel. Booking online from your home country avoids the pressure of finding a flat between exam day and the start of classes.
Every listing on Spotahome is verified before publication, so the photos and floor plans you see reflect the actual property. If something doesn't match the listing on arrival, report it within twenty-four hours and the team will help with mediation, relocation or another solution.
The deposit is set by the landlord, usually one or two months of rent. On listings tagged "Deposit protected", Spotahome refunds the deposit directly if the landlord doesn't return it within three months of moving out and you've met the contract terms. There are also many properties without a deposit, easy to filter from the search.
No. You'll need an ID or passport, your Campus Bio-Medico enrolment confirmation and a payment method. After the landlord accepts the booking, they may request proof of solvency and a SEPA direct debit to finalise the contract.
The monthly rent always includes rent, the IBI property tax and condominium fees. Utilities such as electricity, water, gas and Wi-Fi are included in many listings but not in all. Personal expenses like groceries, toiletries and optional services such as a weekly cleaner or parking are never included. Read the listing description carefully so the move-in day brings no surprises.
